About Quadrillion

Quadrillion was founded in 1993 to apply research in machine learning to semiconductor yield improvement.

Its flagship product Q-YIELD™ was first released in 1996.

Q-YIELD is designed to identify possible reasons for process variations. Since then it has been used to identify causes of yield problems, and to understand complex parameter interactions. It represents a major breakthrough in powerful and easy-to-use analysis software. For an example of its use, see our on-line case study.

Quadrillion also offers on-site training in data analysis techniques. Our introductory course trains users on the latest techniques for finding relationships in large, complex data sets. In-class tutorials are reinforced with hands-on instruction using your own data.
