When reporting a problem, please be sure to give the following
information:
- Your name, company, telephone number, and email
address so that we can contact you.
- The license key you were given (if this is a license
problem)
- The version of Q-YIELD you
are running (including the build number). This information
is available from the "About Q-YIELD" dialog box.
- The operating system version you are using.
- (For ODBC problems) we will need to know the type
and schema of your database, and the SQL query you
used.
